Trayectera Method implemented

I don't hand you a PDF. I hand you a practice that feels different on Monday.

We rewrite the scripts, the protocols and the key moments of your practice. I train your team on site and accompany the rollout for 90 days. The result: experience stops depending on who's on shift.

The problem

Your experience today depends on the person, not the system

The good receptionist creates magic on Tuesdays; on Thursdays the patient meets a different world. Without a system, experience is a lottery, and an elite surgeon can't charge elite prices with lottery experience.

What you get

A hospitality operating system

01

Tailored Trayectera manual

Scripts for phone, WhatsApp, email and consult, written in your voice, for your patient, around your positioning.

02

Protocols for the 5 moments

First call, welcome, wait, follow-up, post-op. Each with checklist, timing and ownership.

03

Team training (3 sessions)

Live role-play, recording and feedback. Your team doesn't learn, they live it.

04

90-day accompaniment

Bi-weekly call, fine-tuning and metric review. I don't leave when it still hurts.

The impact

What changes once there's a system

01
Experience stops depending on who's on shift
02
Every moment has an owner, a response time and a checklist
03
A new hire trains on the manual, not on luck

The process

12 weeks of implementation, then 90 days of accompaniment

01

Diagnosis (weeks 1–2)

If you're coming from the 360° Audit, we start here. If not, we run an express version focused on operations.

02

Design (weeks 3–6)

Co-creation of scripts and protocols with you and your team leads. We iterate until they sound like you, not me.

03

Implementation (weeks 7–12)

On-site training, drills with fictional patients and fine-tuning. The team walks out operating the new system.

04

Accompaniment (following 90 days)

Three months of bi-weekly support included after implementation closes. No surprise upsell.

In practice

How it shows from the inside

The phone

Whoever answers knows what to say, in what order, and what not to promise.

The calendar

Follow-up is scheduled from day one, not improvised.

The team

Front desk stops being an entry job and becomes a hospitality role.

Most asked

Before you decide

Do I have to close the practice to implement?

+

No. All the work happens in parallel with your normal surgical agenda. Training sessions are 3 hours, outside clinical hours.

What if my team resists?

+

It's normal in the first two weeks. The 90-day accompaniment exists precisely for that moment, so you don't derail when friction shows up.

Can I pair it with the 360° Audit?

+

It's the ideal path. The audit is the diagnosis; Trayectera is the surgery. Whoever does both pays less overall and gets results faster.

Next step

Turn experience into a system, not luck

A 30-minute call is enough to know if your practice is ready to implement Trayectera this quarter.
